Read Before Initialization
By accessing the PropReach/InfozySMS infrastructure, you agree to comply with the Indian Telecommunications Act and TRAI guidelines for Bulk Messaging. Unauthorized use of verified sender IDs is strictly prohibited and monitored by our real-time security nodes.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We guarantee a 99.9% uptime for our RCS Engine. Latency for pan-India SMS delivery is maintained at sub-20ms through our optimized node network. Maintenance windows are broadcasted 48 hours in advance via the system dashboard.
Data Governance & Matrix Security
PropReach employs AES-256 bit encryption for all contact databases. We do not store message content post-delivery once the 48-hour DLR (Delivery Receipt) window expires. Client data is never shared with third-party lead aggregators.
DLT Compliance Protocols
Usage of our system requires a valid Principal Entity (PE) registration on the DLT platform. Users are responsible for scrubbing all data against the National Do Not Call (NDNC) registry unless sending Transactional or Service Implicit content.

Financial Protocols & Credits
All purchases of SMS/RCS credits are final. Credits remain valid for 365 days from the date of initialization. Failed deliveries due to network congestion are auto-refunded to the matrix wallet within 24 hours.
Intellectual Property
All proprietary algorithms, RCS carousel structures, and the PropReach dashboard interface are the sole property of InfozySMS. Reverse engineering of our API wrappers is a breach of federal law.
Termination of Access
PropReach reserves the right to terminate any account found broadcasting content related to gambling, adult services, or fraudulent financial schemes. Node access will be severed immediately without a refund.
